I Accepted the Proposal… Now What?

Here’s what happens next:

• Confirmation: You’ll receive an email or text confirming your acceptance. Your project will be added to our scheduling backlog.
• Scheduling Notice: We’ll contact you about one week before we plan to arrive at your property to complete the work. If that date doesn’t work for you, we’ll gladly find a time that does.
• Typical Lead Time: Our average lead time is 6–8 weeks, depending on demand. During our peak season (June–November), this timeline may fluctuate. You’re always welcome to call our office for an update on your current lead time.
• Client Notes: Please review your proposal for any notes or items we may need from you before the work begins.
• Payment Information: If you plan to pay by credit card, please note there is a 3% processing fee.
• Relax and Enjoy: Once you’re on the schedule, you can sit back and relax—those tree projects are on their way to being checked off your to-do list!

How to Prepare for Your Upcoming Appointment"

• Mow your grass before our arrival — this helps us provide a clean, thorough cleanup.
• Turn off your sprinklers 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
• If you have pets, please clean up their messes in the area before we arrive.
• Remove toys, vehicles, and lawn ornaments from the work area.
• Keep all pets and family members at least 100 feet away from the work area.
• During winter months, please ensure sidewalks and driveways are cleared of ice and snow.

• We are licensed to do business anywhere in Montana.
• We carry liability insurance to protect your property.
• We maintain a workers’ compensation policy to protect our employees.
• Every team member is equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE).

UPON COMPLETION OF WORK:

Please let us know if something looks out of place. .
Don’t hesitate to ask questions about our work.
We will provide an invoice for services.
Payment in full will be due 10 days following completion.
If you are utilizing our stump grinding services, please know we may not complete stump grinding the same day. We will return promptly to complete this work but it may be a day or two. Final invoice will not be sent until all work is completed.
