Mike Nezworski – Owner/Estimator
Mike grew up in the Northwoods of Wisconsin and Michigan. After moving to Wyoming in 2006 he met his wife. They moved to Billings, MT in 2013 with their son Collin, while Mike worked in the construction industry for 4 years. During this time, he and his wife had their daughter, Mackenzie. He started cutting trees for friends in 2014 just to help out and make a little extra money. In 2016 CM Tree Service and Removal was born and in 2020 he purchased an existing tree service company and expanded the business. Since then, the company has grown from a couple friends working weekends with a single boom truck and trailer, to an ever-expanding company with 7 employees and industry leading equipment including a grapple truck and crane. Mike’s vision for CM Tree Service has been growth from the start. Mike’s biggest goal with CM Tree Service is to be a good steward in the community. Careers for local families, donations and projects for local organizations that impact our community, and keeping Billings trees healthy and beautiful for decades to come.
Chandra Brown – Office Manager
Chandra was born and raised in Montana. After high school she served 4 years in the Air Force as a hydraulics mechanic and eventually moved back to Billings where she met her husband and had their two children Dani and JJ. Chandra joined the CM Tree Service team in June 2021 as the office manager handling the day-to-day activities. She enjoys spending time with her family and chasing after her kiddo’s latest activities and interests. She is an active member of her church serving on the kids’ ministry team and big projects. She enjoys gardening, spending time working on house projects and being with friends and family.
Zach Munn – Team Lead
Zach has been in the tree industry for 15+ years. He and his wife have 7 children and volunteering and serving the local community is a passion and a way of life for the Munn family. They are heavily involved in foster care and adoption. Zach also serves at his church as a Sunday school teacher. But one of his favorite days of the year is Arbor Day, when he volunteers at the city level teaching 4th graders on how to identify trees in the community. Their family keeps busy working their land and raising goats and chickens. If Zach could meet anyone living or dead, he would want to meet his younger self so he could tell him to invest in Bitcoin when he had the chance.
Brian Bourgeois – Arborist/Team Lead
Brian moved to Montana in 2000. He is a ISA Certified Arborist and has worked in the industry for 25+ years. His experience as a Landscape Supervisor with the State of Montana has given him extensive knowledge about our local tree species and how to care for them. Brian enjoys serving the community through “Saluting Branches”, a program to care for the trees in VA Cemeteries. Brian has 2 kiddos and enjoys spending his time hunting, hiking and helping his son perfect his hockey skills.
Jared Leasure – Groundsman/Heavy Equipment Operator
Jared moved from Ohio to Billings, MT in 2020. He started with CM Tree Service shortly after that in June 2021. Jared grew up on a farm in OH so he knows the value of hard work. He has brought an extraordinary amount of “can-do” attitude to the team and has worked his way up quickly from grounds man to learning how to operate all of our heavy equipment and is currently training on operating our newest piece of equipment, the National Crane. Jared is an avid outdoorsman. He loves hunting, riding motorcycles and exploring the beauty Montana has to offer.
Isaac Naughton – Groundsman
Isaac was born and raised in Billings, MT and is a middle child. He has worked part time for CM Tree Service since 2019. He is currently going to school at MSUB for Business Management and plans to graduate in 2024. The thing he enjoys most about working for CM Tree Service is the crew. Isaac enjoys playing and watching soccer, and he will go anywhere if it means he can hunt when he gets there. If Isaac could have a superpower, he would want teleportation because planes and people make him mad.
